Witch Cottage with Apothecary

This cottage is hand formed using polymer clay. Once the foundation, main form of the cottage is to my liking, I work on forming each detail. This is when the cottage really starts coming to life for me. Once the cottage is done and cured I start painting. I paint every cottage by hand. Each one has it's own unique details. 

This Witch cottage has a brass cauldron with a semi preicous peridot stone. I have also added a little apothecary cottage affixed to the back with it's own entrance for easy access to the garden. 

This cottage measures 3.5" from the tip of the chimney smoke to the wooden base. At the widest point it is 2.5" wide and 1.5" deep including the details (moss etc) measuring 2" including the wooden base. 

While polymer can be put outside and this cottage is sealed I would not advise for it to be in the elements, in direct sunlight or in an area where it is exposed to moisture. It is affixed to a wooden base for stability and the base is not sealed. 

This cottage would be the perfect accent to your altar space, sewing nook, reading shelf... anywhere that you want to add a sprinkle of magic to your home.
